The venue, Holmes Hall, on the campus of Los Angeles City College was recently renovated to the latest ADA standards and is LEED Certified. Audiovisual equipment will be utilized and we are committed to do our best to assure that the conference will be accessible to all.

Though providing proof of vaccination is not required to attend the conference, LABTF encourages all attendees and volunteers to have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations prior to the event to keep all participants as safe as possible. Please note that masking is always an option for anyone who chooses to wear a mask for any reason. We are all encouraged to wear a properly-fitting, high-quality mask in the following situations:
- If you are not up-to-date on your COVID-19 vaccinations
- If you are immunocompromised and personally at high risk
- If you are in frequent close contact with someone who is high risk
- If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
We ask all attendees and volunteers to please:
- Not attend the if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID or the flu
- Wash hands often with soap and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer;
- Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouths with unwashed hands
